Saturday House Auction Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in any auction hosted by Saturday House on soniquesaturday.com. By placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Participation in the auction is only available to individuals who are logged into their registered Saturday House account.

  • Only users with a valid and active account on soniquesaturday.com are eligible to place bids.

2. Auction Period

  • Each auction will begin and end at the times specified on the auction page.

  • No bids will be accepted before the start time or after the end time of the auction.

3. Bidding Process

  • All bids must be placed directly on soniquesaturday.com during the designated auction period.

  • Bidders may place multiple bids throughout the auction period.

  • The highest valid bid received before the auction closes will be declared the winner.

4. Winner Notification and Payment

  • The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be notified via the email associated with their Saturday House account.

  • The winner must complete the checkout process and submit payment within 24 hours of receiving the email notification.

  • If the winner fails to complete payment within 24 hours, they forfeit their claim to the item, and the next highest bidder will be notified and given the opportunity to complete the purchase.

5. General Terms

  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

  • Saturday House reserves the right to cancel or modify the auction at any time for any reason.

  • By participating in the auction, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
