Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
Once you receive your product(s), you have 7 days from the day of receipt to inspect them and notify us of any damage or missing items.
To request a return, simply follow the steps below:
1. Login to your account
2. Go to your order history and choose the order you would like to return or exchange.
3. Select the return button and follow the steps thereafter.

Returns and exchanges will be permitted within the first 7 days of receipt of your order. If the canceled or returned item is not due to damage or loss, absent extenuating circumstances, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. After the 7th day, you may be eligible for a return subject to a 50% refund only. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 10 days. Any and all retired bag sayings, custom bags, sample sale bags, or pre-order items will not be eligible for any refunds, returns, or exchanges. These are final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order was customized there will be NO exchanges or refunds after your order is approved. Please note that the item you may wish to exchange may be out of stock. These will not be available options for exchanges. If you do not wish to exchange, you can opt for a gift card to use when the item you would like is back in stock. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us prior to ordering.
Please note all custom bags, sample sale bags, and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled.
