Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING & Processing TAKE?

A: All handbags are custom made to order. We ship via UPS. You can also use your tracking number to locate your package on UPS.com. Processing is set at 6 weeks, and Domestic shipping is set standard ground shipping times via ups. Some packages could take less or more time depending on postal services, COVID delays, weather delays, and holidays.

Q: DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

A: Yes, we love shipping to our overseas customers! Additional fees for shipping may apply and it may take longer to arrive.

Q: WHERE WILL MY HANDBAG BE SHIPPING FROM?

A: All handbags are designed and shipped from Phoenix, AZ, United States of America. We are piloting distribution locations around the country, and in some cases, you may see your bag shipped from one of those.

Q: WHAT MATERIAL ARE YOUR HANDBAGS MADE OUT OF?

A: All handbags are made from faux, vegan leather. No animals were harmed in the making of any handbags.

Q: WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN IT SAYS SOLD OUT/OUT OF STOCK?

A: Once a handbag is released you must buy it quickly, so you won’t have to dread reading the worst two words ever: SOLD OUT! Sometimes we do re-stock our most popular items, so it's good to be subscribed to our newsletter to stay up to date with releases.

Welcome to Saturday House. By using our services, you agree to these

terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and ShopPay. Payment in full is required at checkout, including shipping and taxes. All prices are listed in USD.

 

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping through UPS. Currently we are experiencing longer processing times. Shipping is now estimated up to 6 weeks. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. When inputting your address, please make sure it is in English so there are no translation mistakes.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for eligible items. Please login to your account or follow this link to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition. Custom orders, retired sayings, sample bags, & pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt for eligible items. Please follow the same steps above to initiate an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Please note all custom bags, sample sale bags, and pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

Due to quantity restrictions, we are UNABLE to offer ANY refunds, exchanges, or cancellations outside the given window. Please be sure to double-check that the product you’ve selected is the one you want to purchase.

DELIVERY

Your purchase will be delivered as soon as possible. Specialty sales orders may be shipped outside of the standard processing times & take up to 6 weeks. Pre-order items may take up to 12 weeks.
