WE OFFER UPS SHIPPING
All purchases are shipped via UPS and insured through Route Package Insurance (if you opt in). Ownership of packages turned over to UPS (or other parcel carriers as permitted by Saturday House) transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for non-delivery errors via carrier, and, because of this, any shipping issues must be handled by UPS or Route Insurance (if purchased). When inputting your address, please make sure it is in English so there are no translation mistakes.
IN TRANSIT
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the shipping carrier. After that, it is out of our control. All purchases are shipped by UPS and insured through Route Package Protection (if you choose). In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU are responsible to file the claim with Route. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. Additionally, we are not responsible for weather-related damage or delays. Because we are not responsible once packages are turned over to UPS, we recommend purchasing Route Insurance with your order. Route Insurance protects against lost or stolen packages, and auto-syncs all items ordered, allowing you to track packages at any time. All claims will need to be filed directly with Route. Saturday House cannot assist with the claims process. Please note: the insurance you purchase only covers the initial order. In the case of returns or exchanges, you will need to repurchase the insurance for it to cover your order. Please note that you cannot add Route Insurance once your order is received.
INCORRECT ADDRESS/ ADDRESS CHANGE
We cannot update the destination address once the order is placed. Please make sure your address is correct and in English before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package, you can do so when you place your order through Route Package Protection. You will not be refunded for the purchase if UPS loses the package unless you’ve purchased the additional insurance. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to. Route insurance auto-syncs everything you ordered, allowing you to track packages at any time. The insurance also protects your package by offering seamless resolutions for order issues. Please note: the insurance you purchase only covers the initial order. In the case of returns or exchanges, you will need to repurchase the insurance for it to cover your order. PROCESSING TIME
Please note each Saturday House handbag is hand painted and made to
order. Processing time once your order is placed is currently set at 6 weeks, not including weekends and holidays.
Pre-ordered items may take up to 12 weeks and will be shipped as they become available. For custom orders, processing may take an additional 2 weeks.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We are not responsible for any customs fees or shippers’ fees you will incur or for delays because of customs. We cannot change the value of a product. We have no way of knowing if you will incur a customs fee or not. If you do, we are not responsible and you will not be reimbursed. USPS and/or UPS handle all international orders. Shipping for international orders may take 30+ days. We are not responsible for packages shipped to international addresses once they are turned over to USPS/UPS and we cannot track packages shipped internationally once they leave the USA. We recommend purchasing Route Insurance at the time of ordering to protect your package as it ships. Route’s international insurance timeframe filing period is as follows: Stolen: 5-15 days from delivery, Lost: 20-30 days from last tracking update, or Damaged: between 0-15 days from delivery. Update – Route has extended the window for filing claims from 15 days to 30 days.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Once you receive your product(s), you have 7 days from the day of receipt to inspect them and notify us of any damage or missing items through your order history page on your account or by following this link. Returns and exchanges will be permitted within the first 7 days of receipt of your order. If the canceled or returned item is not due to damage or loss, absent extenuating circumstances, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. After the 7th day, you may be eligible for a return subject to a 50% refund only. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 10 days. Any and all retired bag sayings, custom bags, sample sale bags, or pre-order items will not be eligible for any refunds, returns, or exchanges. These are final sale. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order was customized there will be NO exchanges or refunds after your order is approved. Please note that the item you may wish to exchange may be out of stock. These will not be available options for exchanges. If you do not wish to exchange, you can opt for a gift card to use when the item you would like is back in stock. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us prior to ordering.
CANCELLATIONS:
We do not accept cancellations. Our bags are hand painted and made to order.
PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and ShopPay. Please note orders will not ship until payment has been received & cleared.
