GUIDELINES, TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND RULES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:

Please note the following information: The bag you want may be out of stock, if this happens, we will email you alternative options to choose from. If you would like the wording in a specific layout, please include that in your design- make sure the image matches the desired layout. Other information to include is the bag saying itself and punctuation.

This means if you would like the saying “BAG ADDICT.” in the bottom

left corner, please enter down to the bottom line and write it (on line 3), left aligned. The bag has limited space depending on size, so please be mindful in choosing word count and line count. The maximum line count is 3 lines. The maximum character count PER LINE will be restricted as you are typing in your desired saying. Characters are limited to letters,

numbers, and punctuation. Note: this includes spacing as well as

punctuation. The bag sayings letters may vary in size and exact

layout/design as these are hand painted by our CEO. We reserve the right to deny a bag saying that does not fit our brand image and/or is harmful, threatening, etc. If your bag saying is rejected, you will be notified via email and provided with the opportunity to submit a new bag saying. Once you have submitted your custom bag order and your bag saying has been approved, your card or other form of payment will be charged. As soon as payment is approved, we will begin working on your custom bag order and you will be notified via email once it ships!

Shipping may take up to 2 weeks as this is a custom order.

Please note bag pricing is subject to change based on design, size, and add-ons. All custom bag orders are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted.
