We have Brand requirements and standards that authorized retailers must follow. These include:

  • Any issue with orders made through 3rd party retailers must be handled by, and communicated to, those retailers
  • We do not refund, exchange, or manage order issues for our authorized 3rd party retailers. You must contact the store you purchased the product from for help with your order.
