Warehouse Manager

About the role: The warehouse manager will handle all operations within the warehouse to ensure workflow is efficient and successful.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a related field in the industry
  • Management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (emphasis on excel)
  • Knowledge of Slack
  • Time management with ability to multi-task and shift priorities to meet necessary deadlines
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to work under pressure when necessary
  • Professional demeanor with positive attitude

 

Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse contact for all things shipping
  • Ordering supplies for warehouse, shipping, and handling
  • Inventory management weekly
    • Maintain inventory and stocked items on excel sheet
    • Handle returns and exchanges
  • Shipping and Packaging Management
    • Packing and unpacking merchandise
    • Cleaning, organizing all merchandise items as well as warehouse space
    • Communicate with shipping carrier
    • Ensure items are sent out timely
    • Create shipping labels, package slips, and invoices
    • Input customer details, destination addresses, and related data and verify its accuracy
    • Maintaining privacy of all business personnel/customers
    • Direct package flow process from preparation through shipment
    • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
  • Maintain constant communication with Marketing, Customer Care, and Website employees
  • Oversee and support warehouse staff
  • Complete related projects as directed

Location: On- Site (Phoenix, AZ)

Compensation: Starting at $16/hr
